College/Scholarship Updates
Seniors -October 22nd ACT. Late registration will continue through September 30th.
The PSAT on November 2nd. This is the test to enter the National Merit Scholarship Competition. Juniors can enter the competition; sophomores can take the test for practice. If you want to take the PSAT, the cost is $15. Sign up in the bookstore. You will receive a study guide when you sign up.
The ASVAB, Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery will be given to all Juniors on Thursday, October 13, 2016. All juniors should report directly to the small gym when school starts.

Clubs
Model UN Club first meeting will be held tomorrow at 3:45 and end around 4:15 in Mrs. Saucedo's class (in the history wing).
Tomorrow the 28th annual See You at the Pole, a time for people to gather and worship with people from different Christian ministries. Hosted by your own Vista Grande Eklektos club, there will be live music, prayer, and devotionals. see You at the Pole is 7:00 to 8:00 in front of the office.. Everybody is invited to come join and hang out.
