Art III

In the month of November, VGHS Art III students were introduced to Impressionistic Oil Painting. Students created work that focused on the elements of texture and color. They were taught to let go and focus more on creativity instead of precision. Artwork does NOT have to be flawless to look beautiful or even a bit realistic. Their paintings were created on canvas and painted entirely brushless. Not a single brush was used in any of their works! View their artwork at www.cguhsd.org/cjimenezFineArts.aspx. The Spartans are taught by Fine Arts & CTE Teacher Carlos Jimenez.
