Sophomore Student
Council is looking for new members! If
you’re interested in helping plan MORP & being more involved, then you’re
invited to attend the meetings. Meetings
take place every Tuesday after school in the Choir Room.
Casa Grande Key Club
will be hosting a blood drive on Tuesday Feb. 12th, 2019. From first
to fourth hour, come be a hero and save three lives, you will be able to get
out of class and have free food. If you are interested, please see Ms. Cassidy
in the nurse’s office to pick up your form.
Book club
will have its first meeting of the semester Tuesday after school in the library.
Everyone is invited to join to discuss whatever books you are currently
reading. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Luder in the library.
THE AMERIND CLUB WILL
BE MEETING TODAY AFTER SCHOOL IN D207. ALL MEMBERS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND
AND JOIN IN ALL THE PLANNING OF AMERIND CLUB EVENTS FOR THIS SEMESTER.
Due to recent changes
in the trade market, The Union Recycling Class is no longer able to accept
paper & cardboard materials. The
class is still able to collect plastic bottles & aluminum cans. Please place ONLY these acceptable items in
the bin. Items such as Circle K cups,
food wrappers & gum belongs in the trash. The class, teacher, and aides that serve this program appreciate your
cooperation & efforts to help make a difference for our environment.
Powderpuff sign ups
start on Monday, January 14th. There are 15 available spots for Juniors & 15 spots for
Seniors. The fee to play is $15 each,
and that will include a T-shirt. There
are also 4 coaching positions for each class. There are limited spots so please sign up right away.
