If you are a member of NHS and want to go to the LEAD conference in Washington DC in January, your first payment of $200 is due on October 20th. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Ramirez or go to Blackboard for more information.

Thursday, October 19th in the Casa Grande Union Cafeteria there will be a Transition/Resource Fair for those seeking assistance with help after graduation. It’s from 5 to 7 pm.

Don’t forget, Student Council is hosting a Peter Piper Fundraiser night on October 18th from 3-8!

Seniors - NAU's priority deadline is approaching November 15, 2017. Students interested in attending NAU to ensure they have applied

Juniors & Seniors- if you are interested in visiting Grand Canyon University for a campus & cadaver lab tour on Monday, November 6th please see Mrs. Miraldi in guidance for a permission slip. Forms must be turned in by this Friday.

We are going to run a wildly successful Writing Center out of room C101, it will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 to 5:00.

Mr. Machelor is the adult coach/mentor for the Center. It is NOT for general tutoring. It is for help and support with writing of all kinds and from all subjects.

Boys Basketball Players:

Please get all paperwork including physical exam and other clearance information turned into Ms. Soto in the Athletic office by Friday October 20th. We will also have open gyms on Tuesday October 17th & Thursday October 19th at 3:15 PM.

GIRLS BASKETBALL MANDATORY MEETING/ ALL GIRLS BASKETBALL PLAYERS THIS THURSDAY, OCTOBER 19TH MEETING HELD IN ROOM J203 FROM 3:30-4:30 PM. TRYOUTS WILL BE DISCUSSED ALONG WITH RULES FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON! PLEASE TURN IN YOUR SPORTS PHYSICAL BEFORE OCTOBER 30TH WITH MS. SOTO, ROOM B121.

Driver’s Education will begin on November 6, at 3:15 in A195. Students interested in this class should pay the fee – $ 200 – at the bookstore. The class consists of 30 hours of classroom instruction followed by 6 hours of behind the wheel instruction for each student. Mr. Kieser will set the times for the driving instruction. Students should have their learners permit by at least December 1. See Mr. Lewis or Mr. Kieser for more information.

JV Football @ Home Thursday, October 19th vs. Seton Catholic High School. Game starts @ 6 pm!

Varsity Football @ Seton Catholic High School Friday, October 20th. Game starts @ 7 pm!

Volleyball @ Buckeye Union Tuesday, October 17th. Frosh @ 4 pm, JV @ 5 pm & Varsity @ 6 pm!
