Campus News and Events
SOPHOMORES -To self-nominate for the HOBY state-wide leadership camp at ASU West June 7 - 10, see Ms. Baker in the guidance area. Nominations accepted through November. 
All students who attend the Boys' and Girls' Club after-school program in the library: Students must be in the Lounge by 3:15 to be admitted.  Students arriving after that time must provide a hall pass signed by their teacher or tutor. Once students leave The Lounge, they will not be allowed to return and will be expected to leave campus. Students may NOT wander around campus after leaving The Lounge. 
 
Activity busses arrive at 545pm and depart promptly at 6pm.  Students must have a bus pass to board the bus.  
 
Sports
Boys Basketball Practice on Wednesday will start @ 200 -4pm. 
 
Girls basketball practice will be 4-6pm.
 
Boys basketball practice on Nov 22 is from 9-11 am, and tournament to follow on the 24th and 25th.
 
No Girls soccer practice on Wednesday.

Attention Fall Athletes uniforms and equipment must be turned in to Coach Hawk.  Students who have not played a fall sport; please turn in your physical, documents and your fee receipts by Nov 17 this is the deadline for all winter sports.

Spartan rule of the week:
Closed campus: Students are to remain on campus from the time of arrival until after their last class of the day.  Being off campus without permission from school personnel will result in disciplinary action.  For security reasons, only those officially enrolled as students are permitted on campus during the school day. Parents and others wishing to conduct official business must report first to the administrative office, where an official pass will be issued.  Individuals wishing to visit teachers/staff members must receive prior approval from administration. All others may be deemed as trespassers and are subject to arrest (ARS Title 13). A PASS TO COME TO THE OFFICE FOR PICKUP WILL NOT BE SENT TO A STUDENT DURING HIS OR HER LUNCH PERIOD, AS WELL AS AFTER 2:30PM. Students must come to the office of their own volition and WILL NOT be notified that a parent/guardian is waiting for them. Parents should make arrangements with their children ahead of time to minimize confusion. This rule can be found on page 14 of your trusty dusty student handbook.
