Campus News and Events
Students must have a bus pass to get on the activity busses or they will not be permitted to board the bus. Staff and coaches please make sure your students have a pass to get on the bus.
All students must wear their ID when they are on campus, no exceptions.
No Gum is allowed on campus. Students must clean up after themselves and throw their garbage away after lunch. Students remember we do have a dress code for campus.

Jostens will be here Aug 24 from 1030-1130 in the Auditorium for Seniors, and Aug 30 for the Juniors. 

Any freshman interested in running for student council please pick up an application from Mr. Scheeler in room 1222 or Mrs. Scheeler in room 1216.

Blood Drive: Key Club is having their first blood drive on Tuesday, August 22nd. Any student that is 16 and up can donate. Please sign up with Ms. Vasquez or Mrs. Ortega.

Freshman Dance: Freshman Dance in the Commons tonight from 6-9pm. $3.00 to get in, school ID needed. Snacks will be sold. 

Junior Class will be selling Eggee's for a $1.00 every Friday during both lunches.


Sports
Athletes you must be completely cleared through the athletic office to participate in your sport.

Cheer Lock in at 7pm in Large gym and will be leaving @ 9am on Saturday morning.



Club Meetings
The tentative first meeting date for art club is August 23rd. It will be from 3-4 p.m. in room 2017.

Attention NHS members: The first NHS meeting after school in room 1218.

Scholarships
Seniors, Would you like a chance at a $200,000 scholarship? If you are in the top 5 to 10% of your class, have outstanding ACT or SAT scores, and are eligible for free or reduced lunch, see your counselor today and ask about the Quest Bridge College Match program. The deadline is Sept. 27.
