U.S. Senate Youth Program

CGUHS senior Ashton Leigh Redd is one of two teens from Arizona who will travel to Washington, D.C., in March as part of the U.S. Senate Youth Program. She will join Senators Kyrsten Sinema and Martha McSally during the 58th annual USSYP Washington Week March 7-14. Redd was selected from the state’s top student leaders to be part of the 104-member national student delegation who will each receive a $10,000 college scholarship for undergraduate study.
