On Tuesday, September 17, students from the CGUHS STEM Program, led by Chief Science Officers Chloé Buchanan and Merin D’souza, presented at the 2019 Arizona Innovation Summit in Scottsdale, Arizona. This year’s statewide conference brought together Arizona’s key stakeholders in business, industry, education, government, NGO, and the community to share best practices, lessons, and stories from the field, to experience the latest in Arizona technology and innovation, to build unique and diverse STEM networks, and to discuss how we can work as a connected ecosystem to improve public STEM awareness and improve workforce readiness. This is the 7th consecutive year that students from CGUHS have participated in this conference.
