2018-2019 Registration Information

2018-2019 Online Registration Information
This year we will be rolling out a new online registration process. All forms will be filled out online and important documents (birth certificate, proof of residency, etc) will be scanned into the system.
In order to complete online registration you will need:
1. An e-mail address to recieve the link to the online system / make an account for system.
         - It is best if this email is uploaded in Powerschool. If you need to add your email please contact the front office at 520-876-9400.  
2. Parent login information to Powerschool
3. All forms necessary for enrollment (see below for more details) 

New Enrollments
If you are NEW to the district or have not pre-registered, you may do so now in the front office thru July 19thNO NEW ENROLLMENTS DURING PRE-ENROLLED REGISTRATION WEEK. New Enrollments will continue on the week of July 30th
All new enrollments MUST have all required documents listed below
1. Picture ID or parent/legal guardian (proof of guardianship required)
2. Proof of residence in the form of a current utility bill, or rental agreement, or purchase contract
3. Student's birth certificate
4. Student's immunization record
5. Transcripts from previous school (grades 10-12)
6. Withdrawal form from previous school (grades 10-12)
7. Eighth grade promotion certificate (grade 9)
8. Documentation if student has special needs
9. Native American students must provide their CDIB card or certificate

 The online registration through PowerSchool/InfoSnap is only a portion of the registration process. The rest must be completed in person during registration week. The students will recieve their schedules, IDs, and laptops during that time. Parent/Guardian must accompany student through the process. 
Monday, July 23rd: 10am - 6pm
Tuesday, July 24th: 8am - 4pm
Wedensday, July 25th: 8am - 4pm 
Thursday, July 26th: 10am - 6pm  
It is also recommended that you bring the physcial copies of any documents that were uploaded online with you to registration. If there were any technical errors in the uploading of the documents they must be corrected before the start of school during registration.  

Fees that may be paid at Registration
On a typical school day, the book store is open from 7:30am - 3:00pm (VGHS)
Students can pay fees, fines, or purchase school items.

** Fees only paid when a device is lost, stolen, damaged, or the label is removed. These are not paid at the time of registration.
